Spiral plate heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchanger equipment, suitable for steam steam, steam liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid to liquid heat transfer. It is suitable for industries such as chemistry, petroleum, solvents, pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, textiles, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking, etc. According to the structural form, it can be divided into non detachable (Type I) spiral plate heat exchangers and detachable (Type II, Type III) spiral plate heat exchangers.

Structure and performance
1. This device is made up of two rolls, forming two uniform spiral channels. The two heat transfer media can flow in full reverse flow, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect. Even with two small temperature difference media, ideal heat transfer effect can be achieved.
2. The connecting pipe on the shell adopts a tangential structure, which has low local resistance. Due to the uniform curvature of the spiral channel, the liquid flow in the equipment does not have significant turning, resulting in low overall resistance. Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased to have high heat transfer capacity.
3. The end face of the spiral channel of Type I non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is sealed by welding, thus it has high sealing performance.
4. The structural principle of Type II detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, which is particularly suitable for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquids. 5. The structural principle of Type III detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but its two channels can be disassembled for cleaning, which has a wider range of applications. 6. When a single device cannot meet the usage requirements, multiple devices can be combined for use, but the combination must comply with the following regulations: parallel combination, series combination, and the same equipment and channel spacing. Mixed combination: one channel in parallel and one channel in series.
